* A supporter should use the same registration form as the participant.
Registration fee for participants and supporters includes:
- Participation in the sessions and workshops
- Certificate of Attendance
- Get-together party on Wednesday
- Access to the Exhibition area
- Coffees and lunches mentioned in the programme
- City Reception on Friday
Registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
- Get-together party on Wednesday
- Access to the Exhibition area
- City Reception on Friday
- Closing Ceremony on Saturday with coffee/refreshments
The registration fee does not cover insurance or accommodation.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended by the organisers.
Terms of payment
All payments (registration fees, hotel deposits, social programme
and tours) should be made in advance in Euros.
Two methods of payment are possible:

Make sure to give the participant's name in the bank transfer details.
Please note that all payments should be free of bank handling charges.
2. Credit card: VISA, Master Card or Eurocard are accepted
Clearly state your credit card details on the registration form.
If the given information is wrong or the credit company does not give authorisation to charge your account, your payment and registration cannot be processed.
Note! Invoices will be sent only upon request.
An invoicing fee of 15 euros will be charged.
Bank drafts as well as personal, company or traveller's cheques
cannot be accepted.
Letter of Confirmation/Receipt
After receiving the registration form and payment Tampere Conference Service will send you a personal confirmation letter by e-mail.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of any kind has to be made in writing (e-mail)
to Tampere Conference Service Ltd.
Please note that for organisational reasons refunds will not be made
until after the Conference.
All refunds will be made at the exchange rate of that date.
The organisers or the Conference Secretariat cannot be held responsible for a loss caused by alterations in exchange rates.
For refund, please inform your full bank account details.
50 % cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made
before 15 April 2009.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 15 April 2009.
There will be no refund for no-shows.
A personal travel insurance covering also cancellation costs
is highly recommended.
